TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

BELLFABS Skid Mounted Thermic Fluid Heaters (Single Zone System) are fully integrated, factory-assembled thermal energy systems designed to deliver reliable and efficient process heating with minimal site installation effort. Engineered as a complete packaged unit on a single structural skid, the system integrates all critical components required for combustion, heat transfer, and flue gas handling.

The heater operates on a coil-type heat transfer principle, where thermic fluid circulates through high-efficiency coils exposed to controlled combustion heat. The system ensures uniform temperature distribution across a single-zone circuit, making it ideal for applications requiring stable and consistent thermal output.

The skid-mounted configuration includes:

  • Furnace with combustion system
  • Coil heat exchanger
  • Air Preheater (APH)
  • FD Fan with complete air ducting circuit
  • ID Fan with flue gas ducting up to ID fan
  • Cyclone Dust Collector for particulate separation
  • Fully insulated hot surfaces including coil, APH, and ducting

This integrated design ensures proper alignment, reduced heat losses, improved system efficiency, and significantly reduced installation time. The combustion system is optimized for complete fuel burnout, efficient heat utilization, and stable operation under varying load conditions.
