TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

BELLFABS Thermic Fluid Heaters (Double Zone System) are high-capacity, advanced thermal energy systems engineered to deliver independent and controlled heat supply across multiple process zones. Designed for large-scale industrial applications, this system enables precise thermal management where different process sections require varying temperature levels or load conditions.

The heater operates on a coil-type heat transfer mechanism, where thermic fluid circulates through specially engineered radiant and convective coil sections. In a double zone configuration, the system is designed with two independent circulation loops (zones), each capable of delivering controlled temperature output based on process demand.

The combustion system is centrally integrated and optimized to ensure uniform heat generation, while the heat is distributed across dual zones through independent circulation pumps, control valves, and temperature monitoring systems. This allows:
