Technical Description
BELLFABS BOILERS Wet Scrubbers are high-efficiency air pollution control systems designed for removal of fly ash, dust particles, smoke, and harmful gaseous pollutants from boiler flue gases before discharge into the atmosphere. The system operates by bringing contaminated flue gas into direct contact with scrubbing liquid, typically water, enabling effective absorption and separation of suspended particulate matter and pollutants.
The scrubber is engineered with optimized gas flow design, high-efficiency spray nozzles, venturi/spray chamber arrangements, and mist eliminators to achieve superior particulate removal efficiency with reliable continuous operation. Wet Scrubbers are widely used in coal fired, biomass fired, husk fired, briquette fired, wood chips fired, thermic fluid heater, and FBC boiler systems for environmental emission control.
