Technical Description

BELLFABS BOILERS Bag Filters are high-efficiency air pollution control systems designed for removal of fine dust particles, fly ash, smoke, and suspended particulate matter from boiler and industrial flue gases. The system operates by passing dust-laden flue gas through specially designed filter bags, where particulate matter is captured on the surface of the bags while clean gas is discharged through the outlet.

The accumulated dust on the filter bags is periodically removed through a Pulse Jet cleaning system using compressed air, ensuring continuous operation with high filtration efficiency and low pressure drop. Bag Filters are widely used in coal fired boilers, biomass boilers, husk fired boilers, briquette fired boilers, FBC boilers, thermic fluid heaters, and industrial process systems requiring stringent emission control.

The system is engineered with heavy-duty housing, optimized gas flow design, pulse jet cleaning arrangement, and high-temperature resistant filter media to ensure reliable continuous operation and superior pollution control performance.
