Technical Description

BELLFABS BOILERS Chimneys are heavy-duty industrial flue gas exhaust systems designed for safe discharge of combustion gases from boilers, thermic fluid heaters, hot water generators, incinerators, and industrial heating systems into the atmosphere at the required height and draft conditions.

The chimney is engineered to provide proper draft generation, efficient flue gas flow, and safe dispersion of exhaust gases while complying with environmental and pollution control standards. Designed with optimized structural strength and corrosion-resistant construction, the system ensures reliable performance under high-temperature and continuous industrial operating conditions.

Chimneys are available in self-supported, guy-wire supported, and structural supported configurations based on height, flue gas temperature, fuel type, and site requirements. The system can be integrated with pollution control equipment such as Wet Scrubbers, Bag Filters, Cyclone Dust Collectors, ESPs, and Multi-Cone Dust Collectors.
