BELLFABS BOILERS Pressure Reducing Stations (PRS) are engineered steam pressure control systems designed to reduce high-pressure steam from boilers to the required process pressure safely, efficiently, and reliably. The system ensures stable downstream steam pressure irrespective of fluctuations in upstream boiler pressure and varying steam demand conditions.

The PRS assembly consists of a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV), isolation valves, Y-type strainer, safety valve, pressure gauge, and interconnecting piping mounted on a robust structural arrangement for safe and continuous operation. The system protects downstream equipment and process lines from excessive pressure while maintaining uniform steam flow to process applications.
